Centuri Construction Group, Inc. Announces Acquisition of ETTI

Centuri Construction Group, Inc. has purchased the assets of Enterprise Trenchless Technologies, Inc. and ETTI Holdings (ETTI). ETTI, based in Lisbon Falls, Maine, was established in 1995 with a primary focus on directional drilling work. Today, ETTI offers a diverse menu of services with natural gas distribution work being the largest component of their offerings. The acquisition of ETTI provides complementary operational support for another of Centuri’s energy infrastructure construction companies – Brigadier Pipelines Inc. (Brigadier) based in Troy, Pennsylvania. Both companies are well positioned for growth in the northeast region, but remain focused on serving their existing customers with a common emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. “To our customers, suppliers, and employees, this acquisition will have little to no effect on ETTI’s daily business,” says Enterprise Trenchless Technologies, Inc. President Scott Kelly. “ETTI will operate independently and there is no planned consolidation of workforces. The same people and equipment will continue to serve our customers with the same level of professionalism. We look forward to expanding our business offerings with the additional resources Brigadier can provide.” Commenting on the transaction, Centuri President and Chief Executive Officer Paul M. Daily said, “The acquisition of ETTI is an exciting part of Centuri’s growth strategy and will provide additional service offerings for Brigadier. ETTI has built a strong reputation in their service market based on safety, quality, and deliverability. We are proud to align ourselves with this experienced team.”
